The product is ready to use, with each injection spraying 0.12 ml of the solution.

Surgery, traumatology, combustiology. For preventive and therapeutic purposes irrigate the surface of wounds and burns with 0.01% solution, loosely tampon wounds and fistulous tracts, fix gauze swabs soaked in the product. The treatment is repeated 2-3 times a day for 3-5 days. The method of active drainage of wounds and cavities with a daily flow of up to 1 liter of the product is highly effective.

Obstetrics and gynecology. To prevent postpartum infection it is used in the form of vaginal irrigations before labor (5-7 days), in labor after each vaginal examination and during the postpartum period - 50 ml of the preparation in the form of a swab irrigated with the product with exposure for 2 hours during 5 days.

When women are delivered by caesarean section, the vagina is treated immediately before the operation, the uterine cavity and the incision are treated during the operation, and in the postoperative period, swabs soaked in the product are inserted into the vagina with an exposure of 2 hours for 7 days. Treatment of inflammatory diseases is carried out a course of 2 weeks by intravaginal insertion of swabs with the product, as well as by the method of product electrophoresis.

Venereology. For the prevention of venereal diseases, the product is effective if it is used no later than 2 hours after sexual intercourse. Using a urological applicator, introduce the contents of the bottle into the urethra for 2-3 minutes: for men (2-3 ml), for women (1-2 ml) and in the vagina (5-10 ml). Treat the skin on the inner surfaces of the thighs, pubis, and genitals. After the procedure, it is recommended not to urinate for 2 hours.

For vaginal irrigation in women, Mistinin-DF is available in 50 ml in a corrugated bottle, complete with a special nozzle. Before use, replace the cap from the bottle with a special nozzle, insert into the vagina and by pressing on the bottom of the bottle inject 5-10 ml of the solution for 2-3 minutes.

Urology. In the complex treatment of urethritis and urethroprostatitis injected into the urethra 2-3 ml of the product 1-2 times a day, the course - 10 days.

Otorhinolaryngology. For purulent maxillary sinusitis - during puncture, the maxillary sinus is flushed with a sufficient amount of the product. Tonsillitis, pharyngitis and laryngitis are treated by gargling the throat 3-4 times a day. The amount of product for one rinse is 10-15 ml.

Dentistry. For stomatitis, gingivitis, periodontitis, it is recommended to rinse the mouth 10-15 ml of the product 3-4 times a day.

Patients with renal failure

Given that the product does not penetrate the skin and mucous membranes, does not accumulate in the body and has no systemic action, there is no need to change the dosing regimen of the product.

Rare:

• allergic reactions.

No cases of overdose have been reported.

A small amount of the product (not more than 12 ml in 10 days) may be swallowed when irrigating the throat, but no cases of local and systemic toxicity have been reported.

If it is necessary to prescribe the product during pregnancy and lactation, the expected benefit to the mother and the potential risk to the fetus should be assessed.

Clinical experience in children is limited.
