Composition

1 tablet contains:

Vitamins:

  • Vitamin A 1250 IU;
  • Vitamin D 100 IU;
  • Vitamin E 2.5 mg;
  • Vitamin B1 0.3 mg;
  • Vitamin B2 0.3 mg;
  • Vitamin B6 0.125 mg;
  • Vitamin B12 0.25 µg;
  • Vitamin C 12.5 mg;
  • Nicotinamide 3.75 mg;
  • Calcium pantothenate 1.25 mg.

Minerals:

  • Iron 2.5 mg;
  • Iodine 25 µg;
  • Copper 0.25 mg;
  • Manganese 0.25 mg;
  • Calcium hydrophosphate 139.5 mg;
  • Magnesium 0.25 mg;
  • Potassium 0.25 mg;
  • Zinc 0.125 mg.

Vitamin-like substances:

  • Choline bitartrate 12.5 mg;
  • Inositol 12.5 mg;
  • Amino acid: L-lysine 6.25 mg.

Pharmaceutical form

Oblong film-coated tablets with flat or biconvex surfaces, with solid edges, No. 30, No. 60.

Indications

  • increased physical activity (sports);
  • insufficient digestion of food (chronic gastrointestinal diseases);
  • irregular, monotonous diet;
  • reduced diets;
  • increased loss of minerals (vomiting, diarrhea, increased sweating);

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to individual ingredients.

Posology and method of administration

1 to 2 tablets a day for children of 4 to 10 years of age.

Special warnings

After taking the urine color may turn yellow due to excretion of products of vitamin metabolism, this does not require cancellation of the dietary supplement.

Children should take SuperVita 21 under adult supervision.

Antacids can affect the absorption of vitamin A, so you should not take them at the same time SuperVita 21.
